According to data released by the Dubai Land Department, 2,401 real estate transactions worth 6.7 billion dirhams were completed in the week ending September 23, 2022.
A total of 243 plots were sold for 1.29 billion dirhams, while 3.51 billion dirhams were spent on 1,659 apartments and villas.
The top three deals included the sale of land in Burj Khalifa for 100 million dirhams, the sale of land in Al Barsha South Fourth for 50 million dirhams and the sale of land in Umm Suqeim for 48 million dirhams.
With 102 purchase and sale transactions totaling 246.53 million dirhams, the largest number of transactions this week were made in Al Hebiah Fifth, followed by Jabal Ali First with 37 transactions totaling 162.11 million dirhams and Al Yufrah 2 with 20 transactions totaling 24 million dirhams.
The total value of mortgaged real estate for the week amounted to 930.7 million dirhams of the UAE, while 119 properties worth 286 million dirhams of the UAE were transferred to relatives of the first degree.
