111 plots sold for USD 132 million, 1,371 apartments and villas sold for USD 743 million.
1,944 real estate and property transactions amounting to USD 1.9 billion in total were recorded in Dubai during the week from 2 to 9 September, 2021.

The largest land transaction was registered in Island 2, standing at USD 16 million. It is followed by a land sold for USD 13 million also in Island 2.
Al Hebiah Third saw the highest number of transactions this week, which was 28 sales transactions worth USD 19 million. It is followed by Al Yufrah 3 with 22 sales transactions worth USD 6.3 million and Saih Shuaib 1 with 8 sales transactions worth USD 2.1 million completes the list.
As for apartments and villas, the top three transfers include an apartment in Business Bay sold for USD 107 million, an apartment in Marsa Dubai sold for USD 54 million and an apartment in Burj Khalifa sold for USD 49 million.
Total sum of mortgaged properties this week was USD 816 million. The highest was a land in Al Raffa, mortgaged for USD 114 million.
73 properties worth USD 225 million were granted between first-degree relatives (an individual’s parents, siblings, children, or a fully owned company by an individual).
