The Yas Golf Collection residential complex worth 1.7 billion dirhams will include 1,062 apartments and duplexes with a total area of 127,000 square meters overlooking the Yas Links Golf Course. Starting from July 23, 2022, all citizens will be allowed to buy real estate in the Yas Golf Collection. Prices for apartments, of which 519 are initially available, start from 705,000 dirhams for studios and 1.24 million dirhams for studio apartments.
The new community will be located close to the venues of major sporting events – the Abu Dhabi HSBC Golf Championship and the Abu Dhabi Formula 1 Grand Prix.
It is expected that the commissioning of the project will begin in the third quarter of 2025.
