The total value of real estate transactions for the week ended August 19, 2022, amounted to 10.3 billion dirhams. A total of 3,149 transactions were made.
2,239 apartments and villas were sold for 3.94 billion dirhams, while 344 plots were sold for 2.55 billion dirhams.
The top three deals included the sale of land in Al Wasl for 400.18 million dirhams and land in Palm Jumeirah for 130 million dirhams.
This week, Al Hebiah Fifth recorded the largest number of transactions - 173 purchases worth 475.48 million dirhams. Jabal Ali First took second place with 70 sales worth 284.36 million dirhams, and Al Jufrah 2 took third place with 28 sales worth 35 million dirhams.
The top three transfers of apartments and villas included an apartment in Business Bay, which was sold for 600 million dirhams, an apartment in Palm Jumeirah, which was sold for 437 million dirhams, and an apartment in Burj Khalifa, which was sold for 406 million dirhams.
The total value of mortgaged real estate for the week was 3.74 billion dirhams, while the largest mortgage on land in Al Mamzer was 1 billion dirhams.
80 properties worth 110 million dirhams of the UAE were distributed among relatives of the first degree.
