Yas Park Gate project worth 1.15 billion dirhams launched in Abu Dhabi

Yas Park Gate, the newest gated residential complex, recently began construction right next to Yas Park, Abu Dhabi's first family recreation park of its kind.

508 new residences with a total area of more than 255,000 square meters will be included in a residential complex worth 1.15 billion dirhams.

Townhouses with two and three bedrooms will cost from 1.74 million dirhams, and villas with four bedrooms - from 3.20 million dirhams when the apartments become available for purchase on September 1. The houses in the gated complex have attractive architecture in the Mediterranean style and provide customers with a choice of two interior color options that reflect consumer demand for living in the community.

Construction of Yas Park Gate is scheduled to begin in the 1st quarter of 2023, and the transfer of facilities is expected to begin in the 1st quarter of 2026.
