Ararda launches sales of the second building in its new branded project Vida Residences Aljada in Sharjah

The first phase of sales for Vida Residences Aljada received an excellent response from both investors and end-users.

UAE developer Arada has launched sales of the second branded residences building of Vida Residences Aljada. The project is being developed in partnership with Emaar Hospitality in Sharjah.

The Vida Aljada project comprises two branded residences buildings, one serviced apartments building and the Vida Aljada hotel. All of them will feature minimalistic and contemporary interiors.

A lush green tree-lined boulevard with various high-end shopping and dining experiences will be built alongside the complex.

The Vida Residences 2 Aljada is located in the Naseej District, a new creative neighbourhood for Sharjah. The house features 94 units and includes a range of one, two and three-bedroom branded apartments as well as an impressive four-bedroom luxury penthouse.

The first phase of sales for Vida Residences Aljada received an excellent response from both investors and end-users, with sales receiving an additional boost following the December launch of Naseej District.

Construction work for Vida Residences Aljada and the adjacent Vida Aljada hotel is scheduled to begin in the second quarter of this year and expected to be completed by the end of 2022.

According to Arada, apartments in Vida Residences Aljada will be fitted with smart home features. Residents will have exclusive access to a swimming pool and fully equipped gym, as well as a dedicated pool and play area for kids.
