Real estate transactions in Dubai for the week ending November 25, 2022 were estimated at 15 billion dirhams. According to Dubai Land Department data released on Friday, a total of 2,867 transactions were registered during this period.
In total, 313 plots were sold for 1.57 billion dirhams during the week, while 1,936 apartments and villas were sold for 4.48 billion dirhams.
All three major transactions were made in the area of Hadaeq Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid in the amount of 45 million dirhams, 24.15 million dirhams and 45 million dirhams.
Al Hebiah Fifth district recorded the largest number of transactions this week: 110 purchase and sale transactions worth 351.33 million dirhams. It was followed by Jabal Ali First with 73 sales transactions worth 236.59 million dirhams and Al Jufrah 2 with 23 sales transactions worth 29 million dirhams.
The top three deals for the sale of apartments and villas included an apartment sold for 52 million dirhams in Jumeirah Second, followed by two deals in Palm Jumeirah for 40 million dirhams and 33 million dirhams.
The total value of the real estate that was mortgaged in a week was 8.43 billion dirhams, with the highest being the land in Al Warsan First, mortgaged for 3 billion dirhams. 145 properties were provided to relatives of the first degree in the amount of 523 million dirhams.
