The sales included 350 houses and apartments worth 805.39 million dirhams and 34 land plots totaling 160.87 million dirhams.
Mortgage loans included 11 land plots for 65.53 million dirhams and 67 villas and apartments for a total of 483.44 million dirhams, bringing the total value of today's real estate transactions to almost 1.7 billion dirhams.
