Residential project Samana Hills in Dubailand 65% complete

Dubai-based real estate developer Samana Developers announced that the construction work on its new residential project Samana Hills was 65% complete ahead of schedule. The cost of the project us $27.2 million.

Samana Hills apartment complex is located near the Dubai Miracle Garden in Arjan Dubailand District, covering an area over 100,000 square feet. According to the master plan, the project will house 205 apartments, including studios, one and two-bedroom apartments.

The developer said, the superstructure of the project had been completed 100% 70 days ago, despite the pandemic hardships.

The resort-themed residential complex will feature studio units starting from $109 thousand, one-bedroom units from $163 thousand and two-bedroom units from $231 thousand. A whole range of payment options make Samana Hills attractive to both end-users and investors.

The size of apartments in Samana Hills range from 360 to over 1,375 square feet. The residential complex will have infinity pool, sauna, steam, gymnasium, children’s play area and shaded parking, the units will be equipped with smart-home technology. Designed to the highest standards of quality Samana Hills is still an affordable property asset.

Samana Developers is aimed at early project completion and handovers in spite of the unprecedentedly unpredictable situation in Dubai's real estate market, when projects are being delayed and developers facing challenges.
