The number of Russian investors in the Dubai real estate market has increased by more than 65%, and Russia is ranked fifth among the leading investor countries. Lebanon and China are two other countries that have invested heavily in the Dubai real estate market in the first quarter of 2022.
According to data available on the Dubai Land Department's open data platform, there were 7,009 sales transactions in April. It was also the second-highest April on record in terms of sales volume and value, with April 2009 being the highest.
The market is expected to continue its upward trajectory with an increase in the flow of foreign investors thanks to visa reforms and economic stability. The changing scene in Dubai's labor laws and ample opportunities for entrepreneurship are also attracting a huge number of investors.
