I rented a villa for my parents for the summer. I used the services of By Dar Al Arkan. When I was vacationing with my family in Dubai, I saw pensioners from Europe living in villas all summer. When I was on vacation, I went to the By Dar Al Arkan office and arranged with them to rent a property. As a result, they rented a house for the whole summer from May to September for my parents. They really liked this housing in the heart of Dubai. If you have elderly parents, I advise you to contact this developer. Dubai is the best place for pensioners.

Thanks to By Dar Al Arkan, I bought an apartment in an off-plan residential complex in Dubai. Of course, there were doubts whether it was worth buying a house under construction... But the developer assured me that the company is decent, showed documents, examples of what they have built. I weighed all the pros and cons, read the reviews, and decided to take a chance.
